I have been going to this doctor since I was about 10. I am currently 20 and have yet to age out. I understand that I am ready to move on to a standard primary doctor, but as I am in college still navigating doing things on my own I still go here. Now that, I am directly speaking to the doctor and doing things on my own it has made me realize how poor the quality of this office is. Amazing doctor!
We’ve been seeing Dr. Rasheed for over 15years, and he has always been fantastic with our kids. He’s kind, patient, and really takes the time to listen and explain things. We’ve always felt comfortable and confident in his care. Highly recommend him to any family looking for a great pediatrician!
The best pediatrician, person and teacher. He cares about your child as a whole. The staff is great. Sadly, my children have way passed the age to go to his office’s , however they reach out to him for advice and guidance. Thank you Dr Rasheed!
Dr. Rasheed is great, however the staff is TERRIBLE. I called, three times they hung up, fourth time they put me on hold for over an hour. When I finally got to speak with someone, I requested a tele call, they said they would call me at 4:30 next day But, NO ONE CALLED!!! My daughter needed sick note for school and she wasn't able to get it. ReALLY BAD SERVICE!!!! Now my daughter's school doesn't accept late excuse letters, I'm changing the PCP, goodbye & good riddance!
