Service was great. My service advisor was amazing; helpful, quick, informative, understanding, and relatable .
Horrible experience. Managers are very unhelpful, they say one thing then do another. Other employees are helpful but upper management is no help at all. I went in with an offer on my car which the manager had approved, I made sure of this. I made it clear that I would not go any lower on my car at all multiple times and the manager was aware of this.
