My wife and I retained the services of Lisa Silsby of Future Homes and Real Estate to represent us in the sale of our mountain home in Soda Springs. We did so after we interviewed she and two other Realtors who market properties where our home was located. Lisa made the best presentation of all 3 of the Realtors. This is a long overdue review. My husband and I were very impressed and happy with the service April provided us in the purchase of our vacation home in the mountains. She was on top of everything and was clear in all her communications. She is a professional and highly knowledgeable of in this area. I will definitely use her again if we are in the market in her area.

I had applied for a rental property here almost 3 weeks ago through this company. I was told that no one would be in the office for a week and I'd get an answer the following week. I had emailed both Matthew and Sarah twice (11/19 & 11/20) after they had told us they'd give us an answer that week. (11/16-11/20). I then proceeded to call them on the 21st because I wanted to know if I should keep looking for another property. I am so grateful that I found FPM. It is really happy to work with April and Matthew for Property Management. They always response my email and msg and provide the details for the status. They are professional and efficient, very responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for property management services!
