Igor was referred to me by a friend. My friend owns a very popular/iconic Philly bar downtown, that needs work from time to time. Her husband is a retired contractor who uses Igor for the quality of his work, since my friend's husband is presently physically unable to do much work. Igor treated my home with the level of care that one would with their own home. The work product was a sign of respect for my home, his price was fair. He worked diligently and unassuming.
