Zero stars. I highly DO NOT recommend the fairfield location to friend nor energy. That place is an absolute incapable rip off. The service department mechanics unqualified. Been there so many time for the same recall. They did not buff out scratches that they put on my vehicle. I absolutely do not recomend this location
Good experience this past Tuesday. Sean the service writer walked me through the service list and explained the work that was to be done. He thought that it would be two hrs and they got it done in time. I did have an appointment and would advise you to do so as well.
Sean and Haylie were great. Friendly service. Got me in on my appointment and serviced my vehicle promptly
