I recently purchase a 2500 Ram diesel from a different dealership and had a few questions. I called the Fairfield dealership and spoke with Jordan and Rondale.. They were patient very thorough and had the willingness to address all of my questions. I am new to owning a diesel and appreciate the help, and due to their customer service.I definitely will do business with their service department to have my vehicle serviced their.
Kennith was great and helped us get the Jeep we wanted at a great deal that was fun and easy to buy the Jeep. The sales and finance manager were also great and easy going and happy to put a deal together. Great job a d I would recommend the team to anyone looking for a new ride to visit and say Geoff sent you!!
Schedule a 5 PM online appointment for oil change and I reach at 4:45pm and the guy at service center says they don’t do oil changes after 3PM even though online they have promos for $10 off if you select 5PM appointment.
Easily the worst dealer experience I ever had. First they told me overnight drop off was available, then my tow truck attempted to drop off the vehicle and their gates were locked. Had to have it towed back home and then again the next day. Then I was charged more than originally quoted. Services were extremely slow and they didn’t keep me in the loop and give me updates as things proceeded. Service was so bad I ended up just selling the vehicle the next day to Carmax after repairs.
