Never answering and the staff is horribly at responding
SERVICE Department: They mostly lived up to my expectations. Labor is very expensive, there's no denying that. But they let me bring in my own OEM Mopar parts for a service, they completed the service as promised, and even hired me a courtesy Lyft home (limit 10 miles). EDIT: Dropping a star because when they requested my info/email, I asked "I'm not gonna get spammed, am I?" And Hailey reassured me that it was only for sending the invoice/report. Bought a truck here had nothing but troubles with the truck traded truck in and now they are playing games with returning the money on the contracts they promise one date that date comes nothing call in and Kayllin the financial guy won’t send over the doc sign and he thinks it’s funny hanging up on people stay away from here
