I scheduled a service appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 11:30 am. By 1:15 pm, my car still hadn’t even been pulled back. This is ridiculous, especially when the schedule is wide open online. Very disappointing to schedule an appointment and not be seen in a reasonable timeframe.
Zero stars. I highly DO NOT recommend the fairfield location to friend nor energy. That place is an absolute incapable rip off. The service department mechanics unqualified. Been there so many time for the same recall. They did not buff out scratches that they put on my vehicle. I absolutely do not recomend this location
