They work with your schedule yeah but having to wait 47 days for a full 80 hour paycheck is craaaazyyy. We have families and kids to support. I started a little before Halloween and wouldn’t see my first paycheck on the 15th of November (or so I thought) I get the 40 hrs I’ve worked from Halloween to the 15th on the 28th of November.
