BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Never in my life has our family been treated with such unprofessional service ! We went in for my son to purchase a vehicle. Within 3 hours of buying it the check engine light comes on . The car ran terrible. I immediately called Mark and left him a message. Never received a call back . Run...don't walk....run away from this place. I went there on Saturday, found a car I like but there were some mechanical issues that had to be investigated. I was quoted originally 5995 for the car. Then was told he'd sell it to me for 4995 not knowing how much it would cost to fix the issues. Today my husband went to finalize the deal and they told him it was 6500!!! Lied and said we didn't discuss price on Saturday. Not to mention that a couple of cars on their lot has dashes that are literally melting!!! They claim they ... read more
The salesperson is very rude. They do not follow up on paperwork. We paid cash. All we are trying to get is the paperwork to get a tag. They hung up on me. I would not recommend them to anyone. They need to learn customer service.
Best customer service, even after the sale! We bought a van from Mark at Future Automotive in an "as is" condition on Saturday. We drove it down the road to a gas station and it wouldn't start after fueling. I called Mark and he came right down to see it and us. The issue is one they had previously and so jumped right on taking care of everything, despite being off the lot and paid for! Mark kept me up to date on the repair and we were able to drive it home Monday. I couldn't recommend Future Automotive or Mark highly enough... read more
