The units themselves are quite nice and maintenance is responsive for the most part, though I have dealt with several small recurring issues (toilet struggles to flush, water leaking from random appliances, a finicky furnace). I would rate them 3/5, but I feel like I was bamboozled into getting a corner unit under the notion that my energy bill would be slightly higher than a traditional unit, but there have been multiple months where I've literally had to pay $300-$500 solely for my energy bill. Morgan is awesome she let me see multiple studios multiple times she has been super helpful and patient with me and all the studios are super awesome. Ive had friends live in futura before and its super cool if you like the industrial vibe
