We have had challenge after challenge with our house (ice storm, structural issues, roof blown off) and Futura has been there every step of the way - responsive and professional! Remodels are not fun and take a toll- and while we had some challenges as any project does, I am so extremely thankful for Irving and Futuras amazing crew for their quick responses, kind demeanors, communication and willingness to go above and beyond. I highly recommend

I cannot express how disappointed I am with this roofing contractor service. They promised to complete the job within a certain timeframe, but they missed the deadline by weeks. The workers were loud, obnoxious, and left cigarette butts all over my property. To make matters worse, the roof they installed looks uneven and shoddy. I've tried reaching out to them for a fix, but they have been evasive and unresponsive. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable company instead.

Hiring this roofing contractor service was a nightmare from beginning to end. The workers were rude and careless, and their work was subpar. The roof they installed is a mess, with shingles that are falling off and leaks that won't stop. Their customer service is nonexistent, and I deeply regret ever choosing them.
