I like how it’s a whole body workout and I burn a ton of calories in that 1hr class. Coaches are solid and front desk girls in this Aventura location are super knowledgeable & helpful.
Futness is not only the best workout I have done but the only one I saw real results with. I go to futness for the past year already and I love it, I love the people.
