I was just a recent employee there for approx. 3 years. In being a temporary employee thru custom staffing, the discrimination started then as when I spoke to my other co-workers in their native language, Spanish, I was told that I needed to speak English. I have worked for this company for almost 8 years was not bad when I started would have recommended it to any one. Over the years it has gone down hill dramatically I would not recommend this place to any one there training is horrible. Team leaders supervisors up to managers and human resources treat people like trash. The pay is decent for the area if you can handle being mistreeted. If you want to be worked like a slave,go to work here! I worked for this Company for 4 years and just to tell a few quality s that they offer. In the 4 years i worked at this place,they hired some real dandy s.Just to let you know they will hire anyone and anybody.I had worked there about 2 years and they hired a guy and i don t know his name ,but with in 30 days the FBI showed up and arrested this guy, he had murdered 5 people in Arizona!
