I have been a patient of Fusion Sleep for over 5 years. The care and service they provide is exemplary. I feel that Dr. R**** is spot on with with my diagnosis and therapy.
Staff is attentive and friendly. Doctors listen to your concerns and offer alternatives when prompted. Would recommend giving Fusion a try.
I was very happy with Fusion sleep and the take home test was easy to do. After diagnosed with sleep apnea Fusion sleep set me up with all the equipment I would need and explained how to use it, clean it, and how to order parts when needed. There is a system that will send reminders of when you should order the parts that need to be changed. I am very happy with there practice and would recommend them.
I have been a patient for several years and have had mostly positive experiences. I had one instance of a billing error which was remedied with little fuss. I have also appreciated the kindness of the staff on each of my visits.
