If I could rate this salon a zero I would. The customer service is absolutely horrible. All of the people who work here are extremely rude and like to gossip about other clientele while current clients are in the salon. I happened to overhear an extremely rude comment about one of the clients that was currently having her haircut. Amber can be very sweet at times however she is very abrasive and lazy. Bought a Groupon twice here and one stylist reeked of cigarette smoke the entire time. She was unprofessional and got into too much detail about her personal life. I like chatting with my stylists but this was way overboard. My haircut was not very close to what I wanted and I felt she was more focused on talking than cutting my hair the way that I wanted. I just wanted out of there. They also couldn't break a $20 bill for me to be able to tip.

This place is shutting down. Do not purchase a groupon. I got screwed over and was not able to complete my package because no one answers the phone. What a scam.

Apparently closed down. Stopped answering phone calls and returning messages. Disappointed that I paid up front for my (pricey) package, and they took my money and disappeared. The service was fine for the few visits I went to.

I purchased a Groupon and have been trying to make an appointment to get my hair done but every time I call, no one answers. I have called on three different occasions, all during business hours and no one answers or returns my call.
