The building is nice and they keep making improvements but the property manager is rude and has a short temper.
Horrible communication. Tonya constantly forgets things and does not get back to us. Tenants destroy our house and she's been the least helpful.
Fusion Property Management listed a "studio" apartment." It was an old hotel room. The advertisement did not show a picture of the outside and excluded square footage information. When I raised this issue, Ryan, was curt and rude saying he did not need a lesson on advertisements. He was a pro at wasting my time and misleading anyone reading rent.com.
The property manager is very nice and answered all of our questions. Cute little apartments!
I lived in my apartment for 16 years. When i moved in Max McFarland was my Landlord, he was super respectful an easy going man. Took a chance on a young mother. Thank you Max! When Max met Tonya she took over not only Max's apartments but his Parents also. The apartment I lived in was and since has not been updated in over 16 years including carpets and still havent been changed.
