I've never been interested in joining a gym or any fitness center. I always felt too insecure of myself to go in one of those places. After my doctor insisted I take yoga, I went in intending to only take yoga. After just the first class, my fears were gone. No one there to judge you. All you will find is wonderful instructors and a bunch of wonderful ladies and gents who are filled with nothing more than support for one another! I now go five days a week and not just for yoga.
