My sister and I made an appointment but I still had to wait. They used the metal foot file, and I didn't know this then but I have found out since that this is illegal. Because my sister went first and I had to wait, mine was rushed and was sloppy. The guy messed up my nail under the acrylic. There was no massage during the pedicure. This was my first pedicure and I'm never getting another one.

I love going to this nail shop! They do a great job every time. They are the only nail salon I go to.

I try to never give a negative review but I feel this is necessary based on a problem I experienced. I was assigned a young man for my service. He used the tool to remove dead skin but proceeded to rub a hole in my skin and didn't stop when I told him it was burning me. He also pulled the cuticle around my big toe so roughly that I am experiencing pain and swelling two days later. Business has changed management and I had a manicure and pedicure. It was awesome. Heather and Steve work hard to please all customers.

It's takes a lot for me to be dissatisfied- but I was so disappointed with my experience I had to let others know- you probably don't want to waste your money. Their services are highly overpriced for what you get. My nail tech seemed to care less about giving me a good pedi. He barely massaged at all, didn't fully remove my old nail polish, and wasn't going to give me their advertised Mother's Day discount until I mentioned it and told him that there was a sign out front about it, which was why I came in the first place. They were a little short staffed last night and I had to wait but it was well worth it. Got a full set, color tips, and design on 2 nails, $35 :) going back today for a Pedi! I think the guys name that worked on my nails said his name was Kevin, super sweet guy!

Decent service, but wow are they expensive. $45 for mid range pedicure. Nothing special except for a longer foot and calf massage. Yes, you get in and out with no wait, but that's because they don't have any customers. I don't think I'll be back.

Very disappointed also. Nails were done on a Thursday afternoon and by that evening one toe was completely gone. Must be old nail polish. By Sunday, Polish on 3 toes were gone. After paying $50, plus a tip for a pedicure that is completely unacceptable. Then by Tuesday, big toe with pretty design was gone. I won't go back there plain and simple. And yes they were constantly trying to sell me other stuff too. I said no once, don't want to repeat that over and over.

well are they nice...yes, can they do acrylics well, yes..HOWEVER, the nail polish is old and after setting there to dry for over an hour, Mike put something on my nails to dry it faster...went home EVERY damn nail is smudged...my sister, who got a manicure and color the same day, the very next day ALL her polish has chipped off..not to mention Mike never stopped attempting to sell us products and services we did NOT want..its ridiculous after what we paid...NOT going back to Fusion...
