Wife and I were patients of Dr. Shatell since 2011, now no longer patients sine we do not see the DR at least 2 times a year. (ie:spend $$) Saw a NP then they set up an appointment to see the DR. The day before the appointment they called to confirm at about 10:00. At 2:30 the office manager called and cancelled the appointment saying the she was no longer a patient since her last visit was over a year ago. Hidden policy not known to patients. The staff is AMAZING here! Very clean facility, very passionate and caring staff. Great overall experience. The front office gals were very professional and very efficient. Would definitely recommend this facility to others!
