I have already, but the salon has to review my comments first. I doubt that my comments will be put on here. This was my second and last time at this salon. The up charging at the register instead of the chair is appalling. I was there last week for gray touch up. The color did not take and the stylist said "Ive never seen this happen before" followed by " you can come back in and get it "fixed". Then at the register for check out, just like the first time I was there, is when I found out that there was an "up-charge" for us... read more

We apologize that you were upcharged for your service without the service provider covering that during your consultation. We do have color lines that cost more and the service provider should have let you know if they were recommending that product for you. We would have been more than happy to address the problem the day you were in the salon if you had brought it up to the manager on duty, and we could have adjusted the amount that you were charged. First visit to fusion today to see an old stylist of mine from our Vero days. Wonderful place, fantastic staff, and Bart hasn't missed a beat! If you want an excellent hairdresser I can't say enough about Bart! As I said, terrific staff and super friendly! You won't be disappointed!
AMAZING! I had Viktoriya as my stylist and she is the best stylist I've had in Orlando! I've tried multiple salons and had no luck until I came to Fusion Hair Design. I highly recommend Viktoriya and cannot wait until my next visit. Thank you so much! :)
