I used to be a patient here for over a year and i feel incredibly failed and disappointed by the professionals here. ******They will push pills******* Also, i have two insurances that cover 100% cost of the appt + copay, yet they are still saying I owe them $380.00. Update 6/26/25 - due to their inadequacies of billing insurance - they put my account into collections. Now i have random numbers calling me all the time, thank you fusion family!!!
Had a appointment with this place this past Wednesday for a prescription refill obviously they had other plans ,i sat there answering a ton of questions not related to my visit and she wouldn’t stop ,worst doctor visit i can remember having don’t go here. Still haven’t gotten my meds.
I went here for over a year for both therapy and psychiatry. Every time I was given a new medication, I was only given 10-14 days to test it out before having a follow-up appointment. After countless medication changes and appointments, I quit going. I am STILL being billed for hundreds of dollars worth of "late fees" and "no show fees" that weren't on my account before I stopped going here.
