Good cleaning Very welcoming staff Extensive covid measures
From the time you walk in, until the end of the appointment, the staff treats your professionally, cautionsly and warmly. An excellent office!
I always first felt at ease with my dentist' office safety measures before COVID. Now, they went above and beyond and put a protocol in place that seriously limits risk of exposure to the patients and to the staff. Add to that an always welcoming staff, first rate care and a dentist that listens to you. So, if you're looking for a new dental office, consider going to Capital Dental. My family and I did that when we moved back in the area in 2011 (based on a friend's recommendation); and I haven't looked back since.
After 9 months of not having my teeth cleaned because of Covid-19, I went to my appointment with some concern about my safety as a 77 year old. But since I trust Dr. Conoghan, I did go and he had indeed taken every precaution you can think of to provide a safe appointment for me. Everyone wore 2 masks, a shield, gowns, and gloves; they use ultraviolet light and disinfectant cleaning wipes in the treatment room between each patient; and arranged for contact free use of my credit card. Added precautions from the knock on the office door to the changes in the timing of treatment and visits from the DDS, but the service remained the same with attention to safety for all. Tony
The entire front office and dr. Conaghan are simply the BEST, their efficiency and effort to keep patients safe during this time are remarkable. Highly recommended!!
I lost some fillings a few weeks ago and received advice from both dentists with an appointment this past week; and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and efficiency and follow up of care.
I had a very sore tooth, I called, Dr.Conaghan took me right away and took care of the problem.
