First time in a store that big. Staff was extremely helpful. I am a newbie and they gave me free patterns and design hints. I have to go back again, it was too close to closing time. But a great store.
Lots of beads, good classes, great help in-store, good on-line options,. Store is easy to find, great parking, good hours.
I came upon the name of this store just few days ago in a beading group. Staff were all nice,Maria was very helpful,it was great experience being in the store. Quality and prices of their products were fantastic.Will surely be visiting the store everytime I am in Seattle.
This place is awesome! I came in with a medical ID bracelet that I really wanted to make look a little prettier, but still durable. The two employees who helped me were so knowledgable and friendly. They spent so much time helping me pick the right items and then they PUT THE ENTIRE BRACELET TOGETHER for me! I wish they accepted tips because this was really incredible service. Also, my 3-year-old enjoyed the kids' play area and even got to help pick up beads off the floor and got to keep them as a reward -- he was delighted.... read more

This a great place! Store is big enough to have a large selection of everything anyone needs to do projects, small enough not to feel like a warehouse and be overwhelming (like *ahem* some stores), books, classes, knowledgeable staff who are friendly and helpful, weekly specials, every color of Swarovski crystal that is currently being made in nearly every size and shape; and what isn't available in the store is available online on their website! What more could you ask for?
