Incidents of theft from vehicles and property have been reported, along with ongoing noise disturbances from the garage due to poor construction planning. I wish I could give zero star for this apartment complex. Fusion is cheaply made, super noisy and most importantly with horrible staff members. I cane here because it says “luxury” apartment and the amenities was awesome. Unfortunately the amenities usually git closed without any reason (not because of covid). RecommendedI want to start off by saying that no matter where you live there will be flaws and while Fusion has definitely had it's fair share of issues, they have overcome most of them and my family can't imagine living anywhere else. I will say the bad reviews you have seen were true but we are also now under new management and it has been nothing but smooth sailing since they took over. Even with out the solar powered, infrared, glass tinted walled, four person sauna that sits right on top of the gym over looking Irvine, Fusion Apartments is the place to live. The building itself is unique and managed appropriately. You need to come visit. The new management team has been rigorously busy and their good work is deserving of your tour. The office has always helped me in a timely manner. Your time spent searching will almost certainly end at the leasing office.
worst Bulding that you think off, poor management homeless live in the clubs room they tow your car even if you have a gust parking, the fire alarm will wake you up every other day at 5 am , stolen packages, you smell weed every wear you go ,and you see A lot cracks head living in the Bulding, they take every one , if you are young professionals this Bulding isn't for you Be aware
Fire alarms go off constantly in the middle of the night. Management does not care about fixing this long term problem & claims they cannot do anything. (Currently going off now at 5AM on a Sunday). Parking is an issue. Too few guest parking spaces. Cheap appliances.
