This company is a complete joke. The took my $140 application fees and never responded back. As a result I lost out on several houses to rent in a crazy market in Florida. I disputed the charges and they actually have enough nerve to block me from getting my $140 in application fees back. They have also done this to another person I know. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT fill out any applications from this company unless you want to take your hard earned money and throw it down the drain.
