The owner refuses to have the employees wear masks during Covid. A danger to customers and especially to the employees. We will be shopping elsewhere.

Good for those living downtown. It is true value which means they have just about everything and some know how to fix things.
Becca at the register is always happy to help and greets regulars by name. My dog loves getting treats from her too. This store is an incredible asset to downtown Indy and I cannot recommend it enough!
Our experience today was very poor. We made a suggestion about marking cooper that had been cut so that customers would be able to know the remaining amount and our idea was dismissed. The employees responses to the situation were rude and unprofessional. We have been in serval times and received similar service.
The BEST! They're always ready to help, find a solution and recommend a product or device that works better than another. It's like going to your handyman uncle's house for help - and walking away with stuff fixed. Always.
