Called to have my washing machine fixed. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. I was given a 3 hour window for same day service. I was given the technicians name and was told he’d text me upon arrival. Daniel showed up within the 3 hour window, called when he arrived, diagnosed the problem and successfully repaired the machine. He showed me the broken part and explained why it no longer worked. I’m an animal behaviorist, and the mom of three kids, so my washer gets used a LOT. When the rubber seal started malfunctioning, it left my washer mildewed and my clothes weren’t getting clean.
