Called to have my washing machine fixed. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. I was given a 3 hour window for same day service. I was given the technicians name and was told he’d text me upon arrival. Daniel showed up within the 3 hour window, called when he arrived, diagnosed the problem and successfully repaired the machine. He showed me the broken part and explained why it no longer worked. I’m an animal behaviorist, and the mom of three kids, so my washer gets used a LOT. When the rubber seal started malfunctioning, it left my washer mildewed and my clothes weren’t getting clean. On top of that, my dryer needed to get the lint cleaned out. Making the appt was quick and easy, and I received immediate text confirmation. Also, today , the 23rd, I called the place several times and no one has picked up at all.Again, very, very disappointed with the service, and this has something to do with my warranty on my leaking washer. I will try again tomorrow making sure it is just a phone problem,

Smart and Fast took my call right away! No answering machine there, which is a nice business practice when you need someone to talk to. They were very nice on the phone arranging the appointment. The kept me posted when the technician would be arriving. He also text me prior to his arrival and was quick to discover my dryer only needed a fuse replaced.
