Thank you for a great pre-race massage yesterday! The muscle work was wonderful to assure me that I am healthy and ready for my event. It was also a great way to de-stress and pamper myself after months of training. Andrew having years of running experience and knowledge was comforting too as he knew what areas to work and pressure I needed 4 days before my event.
