Mario provided amazing service and was very professional. He arrived right on time and completed the job perfectly. Ben came out today to replace 3 valves under my kitchen sink. On time, great communication, respected my property, very very fair price (I price shipped), and a 1 year warranty (competitors offered 60 days). Company also has the Yelp guarantee if you book after searching there. 5 stars!!!
We had great overall experience with Fuse Installation team, Ben B (lead installer Plumber) and Wesley. It took time for them to install the electric water heater outside with enclosed cabinets They were very polite and cleaned after all the work. Looks like their project management team need to do some work on coordinating the work between Water heater and installer and HVAC. Since we went with fuse for both project, IMO they could have optimized the time and efforts have they pre wired the electrical line for water heater.... read more
