Another company that was sent by home warranty ended up blowing something up inside the furnace while pretending to be doing tuneup. With my confidence near zero on their capabilities, I asked them to stop and leave it as is. I then called Fuse who sent their technician Maximo, who was able to precisely test the system for safe usage, point out some issues that should be addressed and gave me quotes for work that needed to be performed as well as quotes for upgrading the system, if desired. they do charge a $69 diagnostic fe... read more
Alvin was great!!!!! Replaced the wax ring on my toilet. Was focused, diligent, paid attention to detail and did a great job. Would hire again. Keep up the great work.
charged for work that they did not complete. We asked several times for them to adjust the invoice to properly reflect the work that was completed and instead they threatened us with collections. Avoid them at all cost. was able to find a different vendor that charges a fraction of their cost. Best part of all is that they were able to get all work asked done with out any kind of crazy over charge. We went from $10k to switch out some LED to $800. Again avoid fuse at ALL COSTS
