From the first second I was welcomed with rudeness. I entered the building, because nobody in advance told me I couldn’t do so. There was a note with sharpie that mentioned among all of the text that customers are not allowed in the salon. From my half step and slightly opening the door, the lady inside started yelling at me that I can’t do that. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Cheri took care of our Golden Retriever, Shae, and she has never looked better! I was nervous getting her groomed, because we have not had good experiences at other grooming salons. Cheri was so knowledgable on what cut was best for Shae, and even took the time to educate us on why she was doing certain things. I’m so glad we found her, and I can’t wait to exclusively use her for Shae!

They take such good care of your pet when in their hands. I have a dog whose had a couple surgeries and he was handled with extra care. I will continue to give them my business!
My pup has quite a bit of anxiety and I just love how comfortable they make her feel! Miss Heidi figured out quickly that my Bella likes to be talked to sweetly and loves to be affirmed. I feel comfortable bringing Bella there and she always comes home looking SO CUTE and feeling so soft! Thanks Furtastic!
