I always have a good experience at your facility. The people are very kind and friendly to me and my dog Simba. Furtastic employees go out of there way for their customers. Christmas 2015 I took Simba in and I requested to have a bow tie around his neck and the girl who made them had just forgot about the tie and had left home for the day. So they told me to call the next day. I called and she apologize and made arrangement to bring me the bow tie to my home. The first time we went there it was very warm welcoming inviting we really liked it and thought Tina was pretty cool. The second time we went there the friendliness disappeared my dog couldn't get out of there fast enough and on top of that we didn't realize until we got home she had the wrong collar on and when I called them they had no idea where hers was. I did eventually get her collar back but I will never take my animal there again and would recommend you find somewhere else to go.
Willow does a great job every time with our Wheaton and Havanese!
