Extremely kind and efficient, Furry Tails always does an excellent job. If there is an issue, they will rectify it immediately. Carlos is especially kind to our 16 1/2 year old Annie who, admittedly, is difficult to groom because of not being able to see or hear well at all. She gets very frightened and emotional but he gently and persistently does a wonderful job of grooming her. Our “baby”, Meggie, is excited when she sees the shops and is treated like royalty when she gets there. Thanks, guys. You’re the best.
