My dog’s appointment was at 11:00 am it’s now 3:00 pm and they are grooming him now. No courtesy call at all. Will not bring my dogs here again to place especially under new owners. It’s now 3:30 and the owner states that he does not know what time he will be finished, so I had two doggies for 11:00 and is it fair that I have to wait six hours? Meanwhile I counted more than a dozen of customers walking out with their dogs. This never happened to me before. 2 appointment at the same time should be done at the same time. SMH L... read more

Normal grooming times are between 3 and 4 hours, our groomers are human beings, with families and kids, you were explained that your pets' groomer had to leave early for a family emergency, so her pets had to be reassigned to other groomers who had full bookings as well. We apologize for the inconvenient.
First they take more pets that they can handle and because of that they cut my Yorkie toy right ear .. That day they called my husbands number at the end of the day when they always call me, they didn’t even told my husband what happened when they called to pick her up. The appointment was at 11am and they called us at 5:40pm when all the pets were picked up. When I go in to pick up my Dog they didn’t even know how to explain what happened.
