My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. mother My biggest issue with this doctor is the wait time. There is plenty of staff so I see no reason I would have to wait in the hot waiting area for over an hour when there is almost no other patients there. He is a good doctor and he tries to make sure we understand everything. He also comes into the room quickly-once we get back there.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
