DO NOT EVER do business with these guys. I wonder how this business is able to operate in America. I ordered a full bedroom set from these guys for a substantially lower price than the market. I should have known!!!! There was this specific Ashley bedroom set I found on their website for more than 30% off than regular prices elsewhere. Stay away! They never delivered a couch I ordered 3 months ago and would not refund the money. I have a civil action filed and I'm waiting a court date three weeks from now. The customer service number was not working today and wish I read the reviews on various sites about this company. They are not BBB accredited and did not respond to them either. This is a scam and advised everyone to stay away.
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. You will never receive the product, and never is a customer service call, ever picked up or returned. BEWARE BEWARE.
Please understand that this business is a fraud. Also this website forced me to give them a star rating. They don't deserve even the 1 I was forced to give in order to post. This is the best place I have ever shopped for Ashley furniture. My entire home is furnished with Ashley furniture. Word of advise: go to an Ashley store, find what you want, and purchase it through them for great service and over 25% cheaper. I'll be looking not their site in the fall when I need a home office set for my daughter who is in college.
This is a great furniture store if you are looking for a hassle free service and great prices. I got a Summerlands Dining room set from them. I was really surprised at the quality of the service they provided me with because my previous shopping experience with furniturecart.com was horrible. They got me a great deal on the collection and even managed to get it for me when other websites said it was discontinued.
