We had a great experience getting my son set up at college with Furniture To Go. We live across the country and were buying everything over the phone and Shawn was very responsive. He looked up inventory while on the phone with me, FaceTimed me so that I could see various mattress options and took measurements of sofas for us. Shawn secured the exact delivery date that we needed. Eddie and crew were right on time and got everything delivered and set up very quickly. Highly recommend!

We ordered a gold throne chair from this company and when it arrived in Puerto Rico, it had heavy scratches all over and was broken. The packaging was intact, so the only explanation is that it was shipped out already damaged. We’ve been trying to contact the company for over a month and still haven’t received any solution. On top of that, we were charged over $1,500 between shipping and an additional fee for “packing” the product — something we have never been charged for in more than 15 years in this industry.
