I bought a lounge set after being told that there was new stock which will come packaged as the floor stock set was already damaged. It arrived as exact broken floor stock set. I messaged the seller and Tim was quick to respond. Apparently there was miscommunication in terms of stock available. In any case Tim was quick to resolve this by sending me another set and offered me to keep the 2 armchairs for the inconvenience. Initially disappointed but impressed with how quickly this was resolved to my satisfaction.

Extremely disappointed with this company I purchased Dunedin 9 piece table from Harvey Norman. They followed up for me as table top had pitting/chip i was told this is a natural effect however not mentioned in the care and maintenance. we were also send wrong pieces. We definitely will NOT be purchasing from Furniture solutions again for what we paid for the table customer care and concern very poor!

Bought some dining chairs supplied by this company to Harvey Norman. Furniture Solutions company details were on the underside as the supplier. Made in China of PU leather... delaminated after just 3 years, outside of warranty so nobody cares. Their products are terrible quality dont buy from them it's just high priced rubbish

Furniture solutions furniture is badly made and the tables stain if you put even a cold drink on them Ring marks all over them Paid $500 for a marble top table that I cant use and the chairs started falling apart the week we got then as well as the timber spliting where the screws went into then The biggest waste of money ever NO refund just told that to use table you have to have place-mats under everything After we bought them from Harvey Norman NOT a happy customer
