Have bought furniture from here on a few occasions. Almost 2 weeks ago we bought a full size complete full size bed. Supposed to be in first week of September. On Labor Day my husband called just to make sure it would be in. Yep, it's enroute. So have not heard anything in five days so husband called late afternoon today and the salesman said he would call back. No call back so husband called back. I have made a couple purchases this year. Jacque Tribbett provides the best customer service! The delivery people are ALWAYS professional, courteous & conscientious. I have had one defective product & the exchange was easy.
I was in looking for a chair. Jacque tribbett was free. She helped me find a chair I was looking for. There was two chairs I was interested in. Only one in stock. She looked them up another store had both. She called and talked to a lady there who went and looked at both chairs and answered our questions to decide which one I wanted. Jacque called me tonight and told me it's in. I'll be coming back to see Jacque to help me again. I've never worked with a salesperson so friendly and helpful. Thankyou Jacque.
Ordered a full bed and trundle, the bed literally fell apart within 8 months, made a call, talked to a very friendly salesman told him my issue, he took care of it right away, got the warranty info, reordered the bed and said we will call you when it's in. Easy!! And stress free! Great service now and during the buying process!
