we purchased bedroom furniture and a mattress set. it was very frustrating to have to keep going back and forth between 2 sales people to do 2 completely separate purchases. we also had to pay 2 delivery fees, which is wrong, because the truck was already coming to our house.
Jacque was AMAZING at helping me with my living room furniture purchase. She went far and above what any other sales person would have done. Would definitely purchase from her again!
Customer service does not exist at this place. We wanted to buy a mattress but no one offered us any help so we left and purchased else where
Horrible customer service. We ordered a custom couch, and it was delivered in the wrong color. They reordered in the correct color and claimed they would contact the manufacturer to rush order for our inconvenience and then let us know what the company said. We never heard back in regards to this. Stopped in again to check and see if there was any news on rush ordering and they said they’d call me same day. Never heard back. We have yet to receive our correct couch and have yet to hear from them.
So I bought a full sofa set it cost just over $1600 I was told go for the electric recliner it's more reliable so I did. One month into owning it the recliner is in the lay down position and has stopped working these things happen I understand and warranty is there to cover that so I called and they said a tech would be out in two weeks I was like ok but I waited no tech came I called again and was told well he has another job so we will have to try again and he would reach out to me. We purchased two barstools 11 months ago. After less than 6 months, the seat cushion on one of them had basically "bottomed out" and is now like sitting in a hole, along with two of the buttons on the back cushion have fallen off. We called the store today, and the store manager told us that there is nothing they can do, and that the manufacturer considers both these items "wear and tear".
