Joseph was a good sales rep and we where given a good deal.
No matter how much I talk, I can't describe the terrible experience I had at this place. I'm talking about fraud, poor treatment, furniture that wasn't the same as the specifications and colors I ordered in the store, missing pieces from the bedroom set, and even the driver who said he'd deliver between 12 and 7. When he arrived at 3, I wasn't home. I asked him for five minutes, and he literally told me if I didn't get back in two minutes, he'd leave—quite rudely. best service first we got different colour then he changed with the original colour on the next day. MUST VISIT
Do not be misled by paid reviews. While the staff is polite, the products delivered are of poor quality and arrive broken and chipped. We are currently filing formal complaints with the Consumer Court and the GST office regarding their fraudulent practices. If you have been affected, please reach to consumers court or the person will keep doing to others.
