They have very low reasonable prices and very lively store. Great product for the best price. Financing my furniture with them was very comfortable for me.

My experience with Funiture Mecca on 69th street was wonderful. The customer service was great. The sale representive who helped me was very professional. I didn't have to wait I was greeted when I walked in the store and the most import part was I got my furniture delivered as promised . I will recommend this store to my family and friends. The customer service was great! My salesman Nabeel was very helpful and nice, i highly recommend him. I received my living room and bedroom set the next day and the prices were very cheap. My family has also purchased from there and are very satisfied with the services as well. Delivery drivers were very nice, and set up my merchandise quick
The worst store I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Please do yourself a favor and waste your time. Customer service suck, everything is overpriced, and items are not good quality. If I could give a 0 stars I would.
DO NOT. DO NOT. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are so unprofessional. Things have been going down hill since I gave them my money. They sent my furniture on the wrong day. They had me waiting for them all day. And after all of that they bring me the wrong color coffee table. Then he set my bed up on the wall that I didn't want it on. And when I asked him if he could move it he said no because it will break. REALLY!!! I'm so over them.
Horrible - they delivered damaged furniture over two weeks ago and keep asking us to send them pictures of the damage. No return phone calls and no replacement furniture. I wish I could post a picture of the severely damaged furniture for you to see. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MECCA FURNITURE!!!!!!!
DON'T BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE...I purchased a new sofa and loveseat set from this establishment in cash. I was told that it would take about 2 weeks for delivery. Well it went downhill from there. Two weeks later, I did get a call that my furniture was ready to be delivered, every time I called the warehouse, not one was available. I finally called the store and was told I had to call the warehouse...I explained I had been calling for a week and couldn't get through.
