I can't even believe this guy is still in business after all these years, and after all of these complaints! I just had to laugh (sadly) at all the reviews, because I dealt with the SAME issues almost 10 years ago when I purchased an entire bedroom set. The headboard of the bed had a GIANT gash through the one side, the handles of the drawers in my dresser were stripped and unremovable, and the mattress RUINED my back. Purchases a mattress set that started breaking down. After speaking with him about the problem he told me to call back when I have my receipt. I call back and he has my number so now he won't answer. I drive to the location and call while walking in to see him sitting in the office ignoring my call. He was forced to replace but suggested we get a "better" mattress that cost more money. That did the same thing as the first and now he's out of business. Owner was Chris.

BUYER BEWARE! "The Furniture Guys" offer no service after the sale! All three of the pieces of furniture we purchased were defective. Chris told my husband on several occasions that he would "stop by", "call", or "have one of his guys stop over", none of which has ever happened. Make sure you inspect your furniture BEFORE it is delivered to your home, otherwise you will never hear from them again.
