Awesome customer service! As soon as you walk through the doors, you can tell they absolutely love their customers. Pam and the whole staff are as friendly and helpful as they come. Their prices are great!
Great customer service!!! Bought a mattress just over a year ago and unfortunately had to warranty it... which happens. Warranty process was easier than I could have imagined and they went above and beyond to make things easy for us. Normally they said we would have to bring the old mattress in and they would exchange it for a new one... but since im 8 months pregnant Pam had them deliver the new one and pick up the old one! Thank you!!! �
They are the nicest people. They don't follow you around and try to pressure sale you. They are helpful but they allowed me time to look around before I had questions. Moreover, they are the lowest price around. And, I got free delivery and they set up on all my purchases (living room, bedroom, and dining room furniture). Short funny story. I was gone on vacation for 10 days and my daughter (31 yrs old who does not live with me) told me she did not want the dogs on the furniture while I was gone.
