Furniture Factory Outlet SUCKs!!!!!!! Bought a chair was falling apart took it back in Jan now its April 28th and they tell me it??s from us dropping it and it cost too much to fix and they were not going to fix it we need to come pick it up! Called corp. that doesnt help he's thinks his guys can do no wrong won??t ever ever ever buy anything from that place again They can keep their cheap crap they got 8000.00 from me but won??t ever get another cent!!!!!!!! Did right by me! I just bought a bedroom set from them and also purchased some small dressers for my kids' room. The staff was very helpful and I felt like a got a great deal. The only problem I had was some missing hardware for the bed frame...their resolution to the problem? The salesman (Andre) made an after-hours trip TO MY HOUSE to bring me the hardware I needed for the bed frame. That spoke volumes to me about customer service. I give them an A+!

no way For this store to say they are an outlet is just crazy! Their prices were very high for very cheaply made furniture. When I walked in I felt like I just walked into a used car lot because the employees were all over us. We just wanted to look around and this worker just would not leave our side. This store is another one that is just not for us! Yes the store was clean and you can park up front but that is the only good things about this place!

GREAT PRICES GREAT SERVICE! My wife and I went to Furniture Factory Outlet last week to buy a new memory foam mattress and after alot of shopping found that they had the best prices in town. The salesman said that they were under new management and that they were working hard to save us money. It was a great experience all the way to them loading and tying down our mattress in our truck. We will definately go back and recommend the store.

Furniture Factory Outlet Inc is a piece of SH!T CRAP CRAP CRAP is all they have there and they are proud of it. I was the lucky one who got the "Manager" as my salesman. He was a greasy haired Arrogant SON OF A B!TCH!!!! He acted as if they had the best deal in town. i found better deals and better furniture at the flea market. i was verbally insulted by the manager. and because i told him i wasnt interested he said, "Your not the type of customer we want then!!!" Pissed off Customer While FFO is not the top of the line Name Brand Furniture Store some of their stuff is welllllllllllll OK! However their service sucks. Been on them for over a year to fix a little problem with one of the namy pieces of furniture we purchased from them. So far all we have gotten is LIP SERVICE ........... I am about to take this POS and shove it up the Manager's and Sales Staffs ASSES .... and they wonder why people go postal ... try being late on a payment and see what they do ..... ROFLMAO!
