Go TO JERRY JENSEN at Beaverton! Went to Gresham location and got "used car salesmen" experience. More than that - the guy lied to us and we caught him on it. He kept saying there will be no problem ordering this and that, and when it came to ordering -bummer. We asked him about Beaverton location if it has same furniture, and if it's bigger, he lied to us that it's not bigger, and they have less furniture in their showroom. Got great customer service from Tom Tosh!!!! – Tom Tosh was great. When my wife and myself walked into their store he intoduced himself and said look around and if you have any questions he would be more than happy to answer them. This gave my wife and myself the time to walk around not under being under pressure by a salesperson. Wow that was great. Great Service, Great People, Great Furniture – I stopped by to check prices on a bedroom set, I had a few stores in mind to visit and compare prices. I ended up going back to Furniture Connexion the same day. They had the best price of 4 places, they were super nice to work with and they pulled a few strings and delivered my new bedroom set that same day... I highly recommend them! THANKS...

Best Furniture Store in town... – I LOVE this place!!! There is a world of furniture and home accessories to browse through, you're sure to find exactly what you're looking for! Go to the back of the store first where all the clearance items are, you wont believe the prices, incredible! Tony was Awesome!! – I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Furniture Connexion. I drove out there from Vancouver just to get a box spring & frame because it was such a good deal. I had shopped around prices at local mattress/furniture stores near my home & then checked out Furniture Connexion who actually had a better quality product & price. Great Style, Service and Prices – We are a home staging company in Salem, and drive frequently to Portland to buy from Furniture Connexion. After having read some of the other reviews of FC, I feel I must have shopped at a completely different store, as I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at FC. I chose them because they are a local business, the prices are very competitive.... and I found the salespeople to be helpful and knowledgeable about the way furniture is built (explaining to me the reasons I don't want to buy Ikea if I want a sectional)... there was no 'hard sell' (something that immediately turns me off) I ended up buying an aweso... read more
