a real furniture experiance Im not one who likes to shop but was turned on to the furniture connexion by a friend. Went in with a ho hum attitude and walked out feeling like i had just visited an old friend. Was met at the door by a friendly salesperson who was upbeat and you could tell he enjoyed his job. Tom was helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the furniture they carried. Just wanted to say thank you to Tom for all his help.
Heads up. The furniture connexion has become my favorite place to shop for my furniture needs. The service is bar far the best I have seen and the furniture has a flair that catches the eye but not my pocket book. I was amazed at the prices and the friendly sales person who greeted me at the door as i entered the store. what a great place to shop for sofas and recliners. The furniture was of good quality and the service was great. I was pleased that I was given the chance to look around with out a lot of high pressure. The salesman Tom was helpful and very informative about the products they sale. I will definitely return for other purchases I want. Awsome furniture and salesman.
what a tremendouse place to shop. Went in with low expectations and was blown away with what they had to offer. there was so much to choose from it was really hard to decide but the smiling salesman Tom was a lot of help explaining the quality of the furniture they sale. i was very happy with the furniture and the salesperson. i am referring all my family and friends to the conexxion for their furniture needs i had a good time choosing what i wanted and will shop there again in the future
had to start over and it was suggested I check out the furniture conexxion and I was pleased when I was greeted by a very friendly sales person Tom was there as soon as I walked in. He was helpful and gave me space to check out what they had to offer. When I needed help he was there to help out. The service when we bought was great, but hopefully nothing will go wrong with your furniture because that is where the good service ends!! I purchased an entire living room set with recliners 8 months ago, within 6 months the recliner/couch was collapsing. Followed there protocall and the furniture was returned to me (2 weeks later) with the exact same problem. went in to furniture connexion to comparison shop and was very pleased with the prices as well as the service was greeted as soon as i walked through the door by a very friendly salesman. He was helpful and had all the information i needed to help me make up my mind on what i was looking for. The saleman Tom was there to answer all questions and help me get the best price available. We found the furniture connexion online was a little skeptical at first with it being a warehouse but it was probably one of the best furniture buying experiences I have had. Derek who was our sales rep was a great help very knowledgeable and i will definitaly be coming back
