I was in love when I visited the store, was so excited to get my furniture and the nightmare begin. They had a supply issue like most companies at the time, but promises were made that were not kept. Beware of this company. They will take your money but not deliver the merchandise. They will run around and keep promising Mondays. They delivered me a scratched table and wont deliver the end table that I have paid for them both. 8 months with 5 visits to the stored and countless phone calls, they never wanted to work it out.

I had order kitchen a ************** they delivered a table that I did not purchase. I sent the table back. I have called them several times and ask them about my kitchen table. But they give me the run around. And never got back to me. I have the paperwork that I did not receive the table I purchased. I have a photo of the original tableI I purchase paid in full. This is fraud and they are stealing money from hardworking people. This should not be allowed. I want my money back or the original kitchen table I purchased.

BEWARE THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU . they will sell you what ever you like but will never deliver. As they dont have inventory. --When you want to cancel your order they will slap you a 25% restocking fee FOR MERCHANDISE THAT IS NON-EXISTING. --you will be forced to take them to small claims. I should have listened to the reviews, but when I went into this store I was enthralled by the beautiful furniture displays and made the terrible mistake of purchasing an overpriced dining set (on May 2, 2021 ). I spent over $1,000 for a dining set only to receive the pictured item (damaged table) and to receive 6 chairs with incorrect screws attached. This business is a scam. I asked specifically for a bedroom set that I can get earlier than the one I had wanted. The sales person pointed to a set and wrote on the receipt that it will be delivered in 4-8 weeks. This was on Dec 12, 2020. Currently it's March 24, 2021 and no phone calls and no furniture. I had filed a dispute with my credit card company as they took my money in December 2020. Don't do business here. They did a major bait and switch. We bought two mattresses and two adjustable bed frames. We were told it would be 3-4 weeks for the mattresses and 4 weeks for the frame. When my husband signed the invoice, Adam went back to put it in an envelope and wrote something and my husband didnt think to look because he had already signed it.
