I had an awful experience with this rental apartment company. Their response time is actually terrifying, and the employee turnover is insane!!! There’s no follow-up on maintenance requests, so you’re left constantly hounding them for attention. They also entered my apartment without notice! I rented from this company for three years and just left. In the three years that I lived here they have been through 4 property managers. One of them didn’t even last 6 months. The current property manager is a horribly unpleasant woman who is rude and unprofessional almost every time I have spoken to her. Maintenance issues would take weeks and once even over a month to get fixed. I didn’t have ac in one of my bedroom all summer this year. We have been renting from these people for nearly 3 years now, they're horrible. We have had multiple issues in our apartment including one electrical issue which the lady at the front desk told us was a fire hazard. They have yet to come fix that on top of other things we have asked them to come help us with. I wish I could give negative Stars but my best advice is never rent from these people
