My fiance purchased an engagement ring here march 2024. I went with him to design what i want. We brought his grandmother dimond and i went in wanting a moss agate side stones. We went to the Enfield mall store before it was known it would be closing. The women in store told me "no" to the moss agate. "Too soft of a stone" she said. This jewelry is excellent!! Great prices and outstanding customer service! I went to buy a necklace and the manager named Britney took care of me personally and she was very helpful,polite and friendly. She also wanted to make sure that I was satisfied and happy. The owner is really nice too really charming and welcoming. I recommend this place over Macys and others jewelry’s at the mall.
Great place at the Holyoke mall for excellent jewelry. Their prices are fair and the salespeople don’t pressure you to buy. Very friendly. My go to place whenever I need to get something special for any of my loved ones.
I stopped by the Furnari Jewelers today and had the best experience buying a chain. Brittany was so helpful in explaining the different links and why a solid chain would last longer. I was shocked that their prices were HALF of what other big chain stores were charging. I got the chain I wanted and paid a fair price. Brittany thank you for being so kind and Furnari Jewelers, you have earned a customer for life.
