Our experience with Furnari Jewelers was excellent and we highly recommend them.
Initially, all we wanted was some help with some of our watches--battery replacements, shortening of bands, etc. We went to Furnari's Holyoke location, and what we received was the kindest, most personal attention we've ever had anywhere! The two talented gentlemen who did repairs had great skills. Luisa Cabrera took care of us, got to know us, and we now consider her a friend. Huge thanks to Joey for giving me a great deal on my wedding ring the other night! My fiancé and I shopped several jewelry stores and they were not willing to work with us on their over inflated prices which was more than twice the price Joey had his rings priced at! Right off the bat Joey had very fair prices and when I made my offer, Joey did even better and decided to beat my offer! What a surprise in the world of sales!
