Fast, easy transaction. Great to work with. The walk in oven we purchased works great and was at a good price.
Over the past years, we have purchased several items from Jeff and have always experienced smooth and easy transactions with great customer service. Recently, I flew to Detroit to inspect some equipment they had for sale. Jeff kindly picked me up at the hotel, drove us to his warehouse, and answered all of my questions while I inspected the equipment. Great Guys, Great company. I have purchased multiple ovens from them. They are helpful through the whole process and after. Had a small issue related to an oven several months after the purchase. Jeff answered my call right away and got me in touch with a guy who had the problem solved in minutes. I would highly recommend them. I look forward to working with them in the future as our needs expand.
Purchased a Blue-M oven in like-new condition. Good quality and seamless execution. The communication from the vendor was quick and helpful, and even assisted in some general troubleshooting after the installation.
