Fast friendly service, invoice details exact work done.
Changing my review as they sent an inexperienced technician 4 times to our house who diagnosed the problem as an igniter problem but that did not fix the issue. After a few visits they then sent me another invoice for a new circuit board. The person came and fixed the circuit board and showed us black markings on the circuit board and said "yeah it was clear that this was causing the issues". So in the end we had paid for a new igniter on the first visit AND the labour on the first visit. So why are we having to not only pay... read more
Review #1 Mitchell actually was ahead of the scheduled appointment time! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in suggesting some future options for our home heating system. Review #2 As mentioned above, we recently had an issue with our HVAC system. As in NO heat!!! Kayla at Furnaceguys was very pleasant on the phone.
